Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes, by law, all alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. Carriers will not leave packages at the door unattended.

How long does shipping typically take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit times generally range from 2-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

What is your return policy for spirits and wine?

Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations due to strict federal and state alcohol shipping regulations.

How do you ensure bottles don't break during transit?

We use specialized, heavy-duty packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to minimize the risk of breakage. Every order is packed with care and reinforced to survive the shipping process.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
